I am an associates-level independent social worker, licensed in Washington State. My love for counseling began when I was a peer counselor in college. Therapy combines my interest in the human experience with my passion for being of service to others.

During my time as a social worker, I have practiced in community mental health agencies and at veteran affairs (VA) hospitals. These opportunities have given me experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, addiction issues, adjustment issues, men’s issues and masculinity, and issues related to disabilities.

I received my Masters in Social Work from Smith College’s School of Social Work. I received my Bachelor's degree from Kenyon College, majoring in sociology.
